Wherever you're going and whatever the reason you're flying, our aim is to get you there as quickly, safely and comfortably as possible. Before you fly with us, there are a few things you may need to know to both help you and help us to make your journey as smooth as possible. How can we help you?

Nauru Airlines operates a fleet of Boeing 737-300 passenger aircraft in a two-class layout with business class and economy class. In addition, we also operate a Boeing 737-300 all freighter aircraft.

All aircraft are maintained in accordance with Boeing and the Civil Aviation Safety Authority of Australia regulations.

1. Visa Requirements

Depending on your nationality and the country you are visiting, you may need a visa. Please take the time to familiarise yourself with visa policies prior to departure.

2. Baggage

Read more about our baggage policies to ensure your luggage has the correct dimensions and fits within the weight limit. We want to ensure your baggage is checked in efficiently.

3. Excess baggage

Travelling with extra kilos? Learn more about the fees and information associated with excess baggage before you fly so you don’t get a shock at check-in! Please note that the maximum excess baggage per passenger is 50 kilograms.

4. Dangerous goods

We all know that some items are not meant to fly. It’s pivotal you know about these by reading more about them to ensure in-flight safety for all passengers on board the aircraft.

5. Check-in times

Read about how much time you should allocate for check-in and how long you should arrive at the airport prior to your flight! Please ensure that you arrive at your gate no later than 60 minutes prior to departure.

6. Special requests and assistance

There are a number of ways which Nauru Airlines can assist you with your travel and making your life easier. Whether you have a special meal request or need mobility assistance, we’re here to help – so just let us know.

7. Unaccompanied Minors

We are able to accommodate unaccompanied minors when notified in advance and the correct forms are filled out prior to departure. Please read more about unaccompanied minors.

8. Travelling with Children and Infants

We know that travelling with children and infants can require extra planning, and we’re here to help. From special meals to infant luggage allowances, there are a number of ways we can assist your travel! Just let us know.

9. Flying While Pregnant

If you are planning to travel while pregnant, there are a number of things you may need to be aware of. Please take note of these prior to departure, or if you have any questions, please contact our friendly reservations team for assistance.

10. Medical Passengers

Nauru Airlines may facilitate uplift for passengers with medical conditions, however please contact our reservations team with specific information prior to travel.
